Shipping and Delivery

All orders are sent from our studio in Perth, Australia and are packed and dispatched within two business days of payment clearance, unless purchased as pre-order. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address. Please note all sales are final and no cancellation for any items will be accepted.

Australian Orders

Standard post with tracking for orders under $150 are – $10
7-14 business days (excludes weekends, national/public holidays and bank holidays)

Express Shipping with tracking on any order is – $20 flat rate
(up to 5kg max. if higher the fee will increase) 2-5 business days (excludes weekends, national/public holidays and bank holidays)

New Zealand Orders

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY with tracking on all jewellery orders over – $200*

Standard post with tracking for orders under $200 are – $20
7-14 business days (excludes weekends, national/public holidays and bank holidays)

Express Shipping with tracking on any order is – $35 flat rate
(up to 5kg max. if higher the fee will increase) 2-5 business days (excludes weekends, national/public holidays and bank holidays)

Please note delivery to rural areas can take an extra 4-6 business days from dispatch date.

International Orders

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY with tracking on all jewellery orders over – $300*

$40 AUD for Standard AusPost (10+ business days) with tracking.

PLEASE NOTE

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays may be experienced due to public holidays, customs, for remote areas, extreme weather conditions and issues with the local postal service, and this is out of our control. Moreover, we do not take responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.

All purchases from this website are made according to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you once the items have been dispatched to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments with Australia post. You are also responsible for tracking the progress of your shipment and ensuring you collect your parcel from your local post office if an attempted delivery has failed. If you fail to collect your shipment and your order is returned to sender, you are liable for the re-shipment cost and no refunds will be issued.

Customs & Duties

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Slani will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you familiarize yourself with any import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package.

Pre-orders & Custom orders

All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled and are therefore are not eligible for a refund. Estimated dispatch time frames for pre-order items detailed in the product description are to be used as a guide only. Some delays may be experienced during production or due to logistics and this is out of our control. Please note when ordering a ‘pre-order’ item, we encourage you to pay for the order separately to other items you would like to purchase, to will allow shipment of your other items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date.
